Conversion of a townhouse into a medical practice

Deux espaces distincts
Le cabinet médical s’organise autour de deux espaces distincts. À l’arrière, on trouve une salle d’examen ouverte sur le jardin, baignée de lumière naturelle, qui offre aux patients un cadre apaisant et intimiste.
À l’avant de la maison, on trouve la salle d’attente et l’espace secrétariat, directement connectés à la rue pour permettre une circulation fluide. Les zones techniques ont été réduites au maximum de façon à libérer de la surface utile. L'agrandissement des WC permet de garantir l’accessibilité aux patients PMR.
Une atmosphère élégante et accueillante
L’intérieur du cabinet médical mise sur des tons neutres mais chaleureux : clair, brun, bois clair et touches marbrées. Ces couleurs confèrent une atmosphère élégante et accueillante, particulièrement adaptée à un lieu de soin.
La sélection de luminaires offre un éclairage fin et maîtrisé. Ils offrent toute la précision nécessaire pour les praticiens lors des examens. Ils créent également une atmosphère douce dans les espaces d’accueil et la salle d’attente.
Une surface au sol optimisée et une circulation fluide
La surface au sol étant limitée, il fallait optimiser chaque espace, fluidifier les circulations et garantir la mise en conformité avec les normes médicales et d’accessibilité.
Cette intervention d’architecture commerciale s’inscrit également dans le tissu urbain de Villeneuve d’Ascq. L’objectif était de créer un cabinet médical moderne, accueillant et parfaitement intégré à un environnement résidentiel. Cette transformation reflète notre savoir-faire en matière de rénovation, où chaque projet devient l’occasion de concilier technicité, confort et élégance.

Two distinct areas
The medical practice is organised around two distinct areas. At the rear, there is an examination room opening onto the garden, filled with natural light, offering patients a calm and intimate setting.
At the front of the house are the waiting room and the reception area, directly connected to the street to ensure smooth circulation. Technical areas were reduced as much as possible in order to maximise usable space. The enlargement of the toilets ensures accessibility for wheelchair users.
An elegant and welcoming atmosphere
The interior of the medical practice features neutral yet warm tones: light shades, brown, light wood and marble accents. These colours create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, particularly suited to a healthcare environment.
The selection of lighting fixtures provides precise and controlled lighting. They offer the accuracy required by practitioners during examinations while also creating a soft atmosphere in the reception areas and waiting room.
Optimised floor space and smooth circulation
As the available floor space was limited, every area had to be optimised, circulation improved and compliance with medical and accessibility standards ensured.
This commercial architecture project is also integrated into the urban fabric of Villeneuve d’Ascq. The objective was to create a modern and welcoming medical practice perfectly suited to its residential environment. This transformation reflects our expertise in renovation, where each project becomes an opportunity to combine technical precision, comfort and elegance.
